When I was 17 and boozed up at a party (by all reports this is a gross understatement) my addled sub conscious decided to take me home. I had recently moved house and remember thinking I should ask someone how to get there. That's about the last thing I remember of that night.<\/p>\n

The following morning I was woken up by a nice kind seeming truck driver who informed me we had arrived at 100 Cape st, he wished me well and I thanked him profusely for helping me home.<\/p>\n

As the truck pulled away and the haze of hangover drifted across my mind, the street didn't look right, why was it so hot, this doesn't look like where I live, I thought to myself.<\/p>\n

It took a lot of walking and waking up before I realised I wasn't even in the right city. I had left the party in Melbourne, Victoria and hitched a ride to a suburb of Sydney with a very similar sounding name and identical street name. 1000km from where my much needed shower and bed were located.<\/p>\n

Took me 4 days to get back to Melbourne which I mostly walked!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
